Role Description

This is a full-time Intensive In-Community (IIC) / LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW role with LINKING HANDS COUNSELING LLC. The professional will provide therapeutic counseling to children, adolescents, and their families in community settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also includes free supervision for LACs for licensure.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW in New Jersey
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule
• Previous experience in community-based or in-home counseling is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
