At Linking Hands Counseling, our reports are designed to meet the professional and legal standards expected in immigration proceedings.
1. Free Initial Consultation
A complimentary consultation (15–30 minutes) is conducted to briefly review the case, answer questions, and determine whether an immigration psychological evaluation is appropriate.
2. Initial Payment
If services are agreed upon, 50% of the evaluation fee is required to begin the evaluation process.
3. Clinical Interviews & Assessments
Clients typically participate in 2–3 sessions, which include clinical interviews, psychological assessments when appropriate, and review of relevant documentation.
4. Remaining Payments
The remaining balance is generally divided into three payments, which are scheduled throughout the evaluation sessions.
5. Report Preparation
After the completion of all sessions and receipt of the final payment, a comprehensive psychological evaluation report is prepared and submitted to the client’s attorney for review.
6. Revisions & Final Report
If revisions are requested by the attorney, adjustments will be made as necessary before the final report is issued.
A comprehensive psychological evaluation report is prepared for legal submission, ensuring that we provide the necessary documentation to support your case.
Most immigration evaluation reports are completed within 7–14 days, depending on the complexity of the case. For those needing assistance, services like linking hands counseling can provide support.
